Terms & Conditions

Standard conditions of sale for PCL Group. Last updated: January 2026.

01. Interpretation

"The Company" refers to PCL Group / Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. "The Customer" refers to any person, firm or company purchasing industrial equipment from us.

02. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An order is accepted only once the Company issues a written acknowledgement or confirms receipt of deposit.

03. Price & Payment

Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless specified. Payment must be made in the currency stated on the invoice. For customized robotic welding systems, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.

04. Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are approximate. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier or the Customer's designated location.

05. Warranty & Liability

We provide a 12-month warranty on core components. This does not cover consumable parts (nozzles, protective lenses, etc.) or damage caused by improper operation by untrained personnel.

06. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
